Jason Kennedy (Jay K to his friends) is a full time Real Estate Investor, Lender, and Real Estate Mentor. He began his career in July of 2003, after being laid off as a High School Counselor. Being laid off taught him a very important lesson. You must take control of your financial destiny and not leave it in the hands of anyone else! Since July 2003, Jay has done Wholesaling, Fix and Flipping, Rentals, Multifamilies, and Commercial Investing. In addition, Jay has done deals in 8 different markets across the country. Jay has also had the opportunity to mentor and train thousands of aspiring Investors in 5 different countries. In his spare time, Jay enjoys spending time with his 2 children, and is an avid Krav Maga student
