Judit Csikos, a Massachusetts native, moved across the country in 2020 to pursue a calling. After a series of life changes, her strong inner guidance brought her to Washington state. This guidance was to create a community of like-minded individuals who believed in the mind-body-spirit connection, and sought complementary and alternative methods of healing. She found the beautiful energy of Washington to be magical and magnetic, the people to be open and receptive to her ideas, and the community welcoming. Judit holds a Master's in Public Health Administration with a concentration in Complementary and Alternative Medicine, is a Certified Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Reiki master, spiritual coach, and she continues to add modalities to her offerings.

Her compassion and down-to-earth nature attracts clients who have a dream deep inside of them waiting to come out and be realized, to individuals who have health challenges and are seeking alternative methods of self-healing, to individuals who want to replace old habits and belief systems with healthier ones. Judit meets with clients virtually, and in-person, and holds educational workshops, including topics such as stress reduction. When she is not serving others, she enjoys hiking, meditating, and many other activities that offer inner peace and a sense of community. She has been interviewed on radio and web-based platforms to share her message of compassionate self-healing. She is currently seeking out the perfect location to create a unique healing center that will also serve as an oasis for local communities.
